Jeff is an acknowledged people management authority with over 25 years of experience.  His relevant areas of expertise include executive coaching, conflict resolution, psychological assessments and career counseling.


Over 20 years ago, Jeff founded his firm with the express purpose of assisting individuals make good career decisions, improve their productivity and work collaboratively.  Using his unique Triadic Coaching (TC) individual-focused coaching method, he helps people like you make significant, life-altering changes.  This dynamic process includes tools and techniques to equip you with deeper self-knowledge, expand your options and fine-tune your business acumen.


Jeff’s corporate experience includes Revlon’s International Division, where, for over six years as Director of Human Resources, he oversaw HR in 26 countries as well Hertz Corporation, where he was a significant agent of change.  His consulting experience includes seven years with The Hay Group and Pradco.


A frequent speaker, Jeff has delivered a number of presentations on the present and future state of Executive Coaching. His work has been included in scholarly and popular press and he has published a newsletter for nine years.  Jeff was a founding Board member and elected Co-President of the NY Human Resources Planning Society as well as a Board member of the Human Resources Association of New York (SHRM).  He has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Penn State University and a MBA in Industrial/Organizational psychology from City University of New York.


Jeff has worked with several thousand individuals and organizations.
